Under the guidance of this department a committee of five members selected from the teaching staff of the Jamiah (Majlise Ifta) is doing its duty since the foundation of the Jamiah. This committee replies to the questions coming from the side of Indian Muslims, and guides them towards the correct proposition in all the propositions of different nature in such a way that the virtues of the divine law of Islam, its all embracing nature and its ability for all the time and place may come to light.

Paying our tribute to the services of this committee we should say that the judicial verdicts given by the concerned committee have reached upto 31 volumes of large size of book, for which the Jamiah has determined to decorate them with print.
